Dear all,
I am working on the issue of continuous character discretization
prior to character-based phylogenetic reconstruction.
I’m looking for material to test my method: this should consist in mixed
data sets, having simultaneously continuously valued characters (ex:
expression rates) and discrete characters (ex: molecular sequences). A large
number of taxa is also needed.
I would be grateful if anyone could send me such data, which will allow me
an empirical validation of my approach.
Thanks to all.
