You can reserve via fax or surface mail, or online. Unfortuately, the online
option isn't working, and their conference services office is working on
fixing it.

For now, you can retrieve the reservation form from this URL:

which also contains a link to the non-working online reservation (scroll
down to the CSNA listing).

And then fax it to them or mail it in time for it to arrive by 05/13.

Visa or Mastercard, but they do not take payment in advance, just the
information that's on the form. Payment in full is at check-in.

I will add this information to the conference website tonight, and update
later when the online dorm reservation is working.
