Dear Sir;
I'm from Tunisia and working on clustering and precisely on binary
clustering and I would like to be subscribed in your list. I'm I teacher in
the higher school of management in Tunis, and we have some difficulty de pay
subscription with dollars. Is-it possible to hepl me ?
I would like to be subscribed because I have some problems in this field and
rare are the person who are working in this field in my country.
