                             Registration

     THE SEVENTEENTH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MACHINE LEARNING

                         June 29-July 2, 2000
                         Stanford University

=======================================================================

Registration for the Seventeenth International Conference on Machine
Learning (ICML-2000) is now open. The early registration fee (on or
before June 1) is $175, with the fee increasing to $250 after June 1.
To register for the meeting, go to the web page at

       http://www-csli.stanford.edu/icml2k/register.html

The registration page also includes options for on-campus housing,
which must be reserved no later than June 1, as well as information
about hotels in Silicon Valley. We encourage attendees to make their
off-campus reservations as soon as possible, since hotel rooms tend
to fill up rapidly.

ICML-2000 will be held at Stanford University from June 29 to July 2,
2000. The conference will overlap with both COLT-2000 and UAI-2000,
and registering for any one of the three meetings will give access to
sessions at the others. We look forward to seeing you at Stanford in
late June.
