Applications are invited for a postdoctoral fellow for a research
project on Multi-Layer Induction in Large, Noisy Databases in the
Department of Computer Science at the University of Vermont. The
project is sponsored by the US Department of Defense.
The project will involve high-level programming work in C++. The
design of the multi-layer induction system must also be verified with
large, noisy databases. The postdoctoral fellow is expected to have a
solid background in data mining, machine learning, databases, and
expert systems with experience in C++ software development.
The position is available for three years. The salary will be
commensurate with the background and experience. Please send a
